Team PVW is powered by Francois Bergeron, NASCAR Fabricator extraordinaire. Francois started his racing career in the early ‘90s racing street stocks as a driver in the Northeast and winning several races. In 1993 he moved to the Carolinas to pursue an opportunity in racing and was employed by Ricky Craven Motorsports as a member of his Dupont # 2 race team in the Busch Grand National Division. He later moved with Ricky Craven to Larry Hedrick Motor Sports # 41 Winston Cup Division. In 1996 Francois was hired by Rick Hendrick Motorsports to oversee the body building of the Kelloggs # 5 Winston Cup Car and was in charge of all the wind tunnel testing for that team under the leadership of Andy Graves. In 2000 Francois moved from Hendrick Motorsports to Chip Ganassi Racing under the leadership of Andy Graves to manage the entire Fabrication Department and all body building and wind tunnel and straight line Areo testing until 2008. In 2008 Francois moved from Chip Ganassi Racing to Michael Waltrip Racing to again head the car construction department. After leaving Michael Waltrip Racing Francois has set out on his own car construction and repair business to help fledgling ARCA and Nationwide teams.
